If I smoke, does the counter reset?
Total smoke-free time is preserved. Only the "current clean streak" resets; cumulative money saved and cigarettes avoided are kept. Recovery is rarely linear, and we built the app around a non-resetting design.
What if cravings get really strong?
Try the urge button first — most waves pass within minutes. If strong anxiety, insomnia, depression, or focus problems persist for two or more weeks, please see a smoking-cessation clinic. This app is not medical advice.
Is there a harm-reduction / vape mode?
v1.0 supports a full quit (zero) mode only. Reduction mode (daily limits) and explicit handling of heated tobacco / e-cigarettes are planned for v1.1.
How do ads work?
