These terms set out the conditions for using Fasting Island ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

1. Not medical advice

The App is an information app intended to support fasting habits. It is not intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Please consult a healthcare professional for any health-related decisions. If you experience dizziness, severe headache, cold sweats, or other unwell symptoms, stop fasting immediately.

2. Not recommended for

The App is not recommended for the following people:

  • Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals
  • Anyone with a history of eating disorders
  • Anyone with chronic conditions or taking medication (please consult a doctor first)
  • Minors

3. User responsibility

The developer assumes no liability for any damages (including health effects, data loss, etc.) arising from use of the App.

4. Purchases

The App is fully free. There are no in-app purchases of any kind — no subscriptions and no one-time purchases. A banner ad (Google AdMob) appears at the bottom of the App, and there is no paid option to remove it.

5. Intellectual property

All trademarks, copyrights, and design rights related to the App belong to the developer or its licensors.

6. Prohibited conduct

The following are prohibited:

  • Decompiling or modifying the App
  • Using the App to provide medical services or paid advice to third parties
  • Other actions that violate laws or public order

7. Service changes / termination

The developer may change, add to, or terminate the App without notice.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be revised without notice. Continued use of the App after a revision is deemed agreement to the revised terms.

9. Governing law / jurisdiction

These terms and any disputes arising from use of the App are governed by the laws of Japan, with the Tokyo District Court as the court of exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
