How many sessions can history hold?

Unlimited. Everything is stored on your device. Uninstalling the App deletes the data.

Can I migrate history to a new device?

Not in v1.0. iCloud / Google Drive backup is planned for v1.2.

Are there any in-app purchases?

No. The app is fully free, with no subscriptions and no one-time purchases. A single banner ad (Google AdMob) is shown at the bottom of the app, but never on the timer screen.

I feel unwell

Stop fasting immediately and take fluids, salt, and a light snack. If symptoms persist, see a healthcare provider. This app is not medical advice.

Notifications aren't coming through

iOS: Settings → Notifications → "Fasting Island" and turn notifications on. Android: App info → Notifications.
